Todd Carroll is a Founder, Managing Partner, and majority owner of Colligo Holdings and a licensed CPA with more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, executive leadership, and business management. Throughout his career, Todd has developed a proven ability to start, scale, structure, and optimize businesses while bridging the gap between financial strategy and day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Donnie Brawner in building the organization that became Colligo Holdings, Todd served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Marlin Network, where he was part of the management team responsible for growing an organization encompassing six businesses and approximately 160 employees. His experience includes corporate finance, accounting, operations, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, corporate governance, human resources, and strategic planning.

Today, Todd provides financial and executive leadership across the Colligo enterprise, working closely with its ownership team and operating-company leaders to strengthen performance, manage risk, allocate resources, and support sustainable growth. Together with Donnie, he continues to guide the long-term direction, ownership strategy, and leadership development of Colligo and its family of companies.

Donnie Brawner is a Founder, Managing Partner, and majority owner of Colligo Holdings, bringing more than 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business leadership, executive management, sales, marketing, and strategic growth. He and his wife, Karen, founded Brawner & Associates in 2000, which later became Paragon 360 and ultimately provided the foundation for the broader family of companies operating today under Colligo Holdings.

As CEO, Donnie works alongside Colligo’s ownership and executive leadership team in establishing the strategic direction of the enterprise, developing new business opportunities, strengthening its companies and brands, and positioning the organization for long-term growth. Under his leadership, the organization has grown from a small entrepreneurial business into a diversified enterprise generating approximately $32–$34 million in annual business and serving clients nationwide.

Donnie’s leadership philosophy centers on entrepreneurship, exceptional customer service, developing strong leaders, and creating organizations capable of lasting beyond their founders. Today, he remains actively involved in strategic planning, business development, marketing, organizational leadership, and the continued evolution of Colligo and its affiliated companies.

Ryan Cowen is a Partner and minority owner of Colligo Holdings and President of Paragon 360. With nearly two decades of experience in the professional audio, video, and lighting industry, Ryan brings a broad combination of operational leadership, client development, sales, project execution, and executive management experience to the Colligo ownership team.

Ryan’s career with Paragon 360 has included roles in installation, client development, sales, contract administration, project management, and executive leadership. He was named President in 2021 and today is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of Paragon 360, working closely with its management team to develop staff, strengthen client relationships, improve execution, and achieve the company’s strategic objectives.

As a Partner in Colligo Holdings, Ryan’s responsibilities extend beyond Paragon 360 into the strategic leadership of the broader enterprise. He works alongside Colligo’s ownership team in evaluating opportunities, developing leaders, improving organizational performance, and helping shape the future direction of the company and its affiliated businesses.

Chris Koenig is a Partner and minority owner of Colligo Holdings and General Manager of Paragon Fabrication. He brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate architecture, specialty fabrication, project execution, operations, and business leadership, including work on complex projects for nationally recognized organizations in the entertainment, attraction, hospitality, and commercial markets.

As General Manager of Paragon Fabrication, Chris provides executive and operational leadership for the company’s growing specialty fabrication capabilities. He oversees its people, projects, processes, production, and continued development while combining creative problem-solving with the practical experience required to transform complex concepts into successfully executed projects.

As a Partner in Colligo Holdings, Chris also contributes to the strategic leadership of the broader enterprise, working alongside the ownership team to strengthen operations, evaluate opportunities, develop people, and position Colligo’s companies for continued growth. His combination of design, fabrication, operational, and leadership experience brings an important perspective to Colligo’s ownership and executive management team.
